Impact Caymol DiBartolomeo
August 9, 2026Coming off a 73-13-3 season as a 13U team—including 5 tournament championships and 2 runner-up finishes—we are incredibly excited to begin our next chapter with Impact Caymol.
Our team is made up of 12 athletes from Buffalo, New York, all committed to chasing big goals through hard work and dedication. Led by a 2-time All-American Rachel DiBartolomeo from Mercyhurst University, our program is built on one core belief: player development comes first.
Our goals are simple: to help our athletes earn the opportunity to play college softball while developing into confident, independent young women who lead both on and off the field. Our motto is, “Work hard, and let the success make the noise.”
Development is at the heart of everything we do. Our athletes train with purpose through:
Team practices 3 days per week
Speed & agility training twice a week with biomechanist John Opfer
Sports psychology training with former Division I softball coach Kim Griffin
Position-specific instruction to maximize individual growth
Our players embrace the work, support one another, and strive to improve every single day. We couldn’t be more excited to represent Impact Caymol as we begin our 14U journey and continue building toward our dreams.
